As we age many body processes do become less efficient. Similarly the cooling system in the body becomes less effective. In the cooling process the heart needs to pump the blood to skin surface to cool down.
The heart becomes weak as we age and cannot do this effectively. Adding on to this, the blood vessels may not be able to dilate as much hence adding extra difficult in transporting the blood.
11. Cardiovascular Disease
If a person has a cardio vascular disease the ability of the body to send blood to the body surface is weakened. This is because the blood vessels don’t dilate as much as they should. Thus the cooling process is not as efficient and the affected person feels hot.
A heart attack can also occur because the cardio vascular disease weakens the heart making it difficult to pump blood to the body
12. Drink Too Little Water
When we are not taking enough water our body doesn’t produce the necessary amount of sweat to cool the body. Thus it is recommended to take cold water bottle whenever one is exposed to hot temperatures or is doing intense exercise
