3. Basil Melon Mania

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tsp Chopped basil
  • 4 c chopped ripe honeydew melon
  • 2 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ small avocado
  • 10 drops alcohol free liquid stevia
  • A pinch natural salt
  • Ice cubes

Optional Boosters:

  • ½ tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Method of Preparation:

Throw all the ingredients into the blender for 30 to 60 seconds until it smooth. Add the ice cubes if you want chill smoothie. Wheatgrass powder, chia seeds and flaxseed oil are optional booster.
