5. Rosemary Melonade

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 3 c seedless watermelon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ½ c frozen pineapple
  • ¼ c frozen strawberries
  • 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia

Optional Boosters:

  • ½ c frozen raw cauliflower florets
  • ½ tsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp finely chopped jalapeño chile

Method of Preparation:

For making smoothie blend all the ingredients. Raw cauliflower florets, chopped jalapeno chile or cold-pressed extra virgin oil can be added as an optional booster.
