3. Take a gap after dinner
You should not eat anything between your dinner and breakfast. However, this rule does not apply if you are already taking diabetes medications or insulin.
Do not consume cheese, sweets and crackers during this gap.
4. Never remain hungry
You should always be satisfied and full after consuming your meal. Do not keep yourself hungry for a long time period.
5. Watch your food portion
Your meal must be filled in the dinner plate. But if you think that it is more than your size, then you should use a small plate.
