2. Side Lunges
Side lunges are done using the right leg to step out largely to the side. Make a 90-degree angle by bending the left knee.
Make sure, the right leg should be straightened and after that return to the starting point.
Repeat this with the left one.
3. Bulgarian Lunges
Place a chair for putting the right foot on it and bend the left knee for forming an angle of 90-degree.
Make it certain that the knee should not be elsewhere your toes. Repeat the same with another leg.
4. One-leg Squat
Make a squat by putting the right leg on your left knee. This is very good for the lifting of the body. Repeat this with another leg.
