5. Fire Hydrants

Be in a position putting your keens and hands on the floor.

Straighten up your left leg in the air on the outer side to an angle of 90-degree.

Go for its repetition with another leg.

6. Front Lunges

Be in a lunge position with stepping forward your left leg leading the knees to form an angle of 90-degree.

Make it certain that left knee does not go beyond the toes and right knee should be in such position that it does not touch the ground.

Repeat with another leg.
