7. Donkey Kicks

Raise your left leg back putting your knees and hands on the floor for the creating of tension in your butt.

There are two different ways to do it either by bending the leg at the knee or by straightening of the leg.

Repeat it with another leg.

8. Leg Raises

Raise your left leg straightly as high as you can do after lying down on the right side.

Repeat this with right leg.
