Our bodies have the ability to acclimate to different temperatures. This process usually takes two weeks.

People who are not used to higher temperatures may feel hot initially but after two weeks this will become better. Thus spending more time in the outdoors will help in quickly acclimating the body to heat. After this the body will become better at cooling the heat.

It is also recommended that the temperature inside the house be set to a maximum of degrees lower than outside temperature to help in quick acclimation.
